Position: INBOUND TELESALES EXECUTIVE
Positions Vacant – 50
Job Description- INBOUND TELESALES EXECUTIVE:
• Handling inbound calls.
• Assisting customers with website navigation and placing orders.
• Providing information of the products.
• Converting inquiries to sales.
• Maintaining Targets through effective conversion ratio.
Desired Profile:
• HSC or Graduate with min 6 months exp. in telecalling OR Freshers with good communication skills(English & Hindi)
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi.
• Committed, Ambitious and Friendly with a knack of customer service and telesales.
• Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
Details:
Day shifts only - 10:00am - 9:00pm.
Experience: 0 - 3 yrs
Gender: Male / Female.
Salary - 7k -10k (Only Under Exception 10-12k)
Timings: 10:00am - 7: 00pm (100Úy Shift)
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel / Borivali)
Interview Timings: Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 5:00pm
