Loacation : PuneGender: MRole: Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive_ Training BusinessResponsibilities: • Target V/s Achievements: Your primary responsibility is to meet your monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Targets allocated to you. • Lead Generation: You will be responsible to generate Business leads from existing Clients database, you will add new database & generate new leads using various internet tools and other economic methods. You will meet at least 3 clients /day, at least 10 Quality client calls/day, 200 quality mailers/day and Client presentations. Lead generation, suspect to prospect to conversion adhering assigned deadline, you will ensure meticulous follow up on pipeline to ensure your targets are met. You will ensure pipe line double of month target which will eventually help you to achieve your targets every month.• Business Development: You will strive to grow existing business at least by 30% every quarter. Out of total quarterly target 30% of business should be generated from new client a/c., you will add at least 8 new clients per quarter. • Sales & Marketing: You will be responsible to market & sell S/w Testing, Project Management & other corporate courses which are in great demand. • Products Focus: Your maximum revenue generation should happen through Sales of Prince2, ITIL, ISEB Foundation, ISTQB adv, S/W Induction & Domain courses from corporate Sales. • Sales Operations: You will update Course calendar / Monthly prospect plan for in prescribed format. Creating & maintain course brochures, marketing collaterals, various databases, client presentations, e-mailers. • Documentations: You will maintain & submit Daily Status Report & Daily Report, PSA Time Sheet without fail, failing to which you will be marked absent. You must maintain pre Sales, Sales documents, proposals, Quotations, PO, leads, confirmations, business plan, DSR, DR, CVR, database, e-mailers, and all other relevant marketing documents & should be readily available with you at any given time.Skills set requirement:Domain: Sales & Marketing / Business Development Expected Skill set: Sound track record of corporate Sales, product Sales, client relationship, A/c. management Business development, Presentation Skills & good Communication Skills Expected Educational qualifications: Any Graduate, Any Post Graduate + MBA preferredExpected no. of years of experience: 2 + yearsOther requirement: Number of resources 2Client for which requirement raised (if applicable) BU04_ Training Location for which request raised Pune ( primarily based in Pune, frequent travel to Mumbai & span India case to case ) Expected date of closure of request Nov 15CTC: Rs.400,000/- p.a.Fixed 70%Variable 30% (Subject to monthly Sales target achievements) Quexst Solutions P.
