Your center will be calling prospects in the US and generating a lead by qualifying them according to preset criteria. Our verification officer will take the handover of the lead from your agent, verify customer contact information and then terminate call by telling the customer that they will receive a callback from us right away. The customer needs to answer the phone when we call them back right away, this practice will ensure that the customer is interested in the program. Our Verification Center will then verify the quality and genuineness of the lead and ensure that the lead is qualified and compliant as per client requirement. Upon successful verification, we will transfer that call to the client.

We will send you updates on the status of leads every day. Also we would require audio files for all transfers to maintain â??Qualityâ??.
